Registration

All participants, including accompanying persons are required to register. Please fill the form below.

Registration fee and payment conditions

Participant: 270 € (single room) or 220 € (double room)
Accompanying person: 170 €
Exhibitors: 450 € (without presentation) or 550 € (with presentation)

The payment deadline is April 20, 2026. After that date, the registration fee will increase for additional 50 €.

Registration fee include:

access to the conference*
coffee breaks & refreshment drinks during the poster session*
accommodation for one night, including 2 lunches, 1 breakfast and 1 dinner in the hotel

* not included in the fee for accompanying person

The registration fee can be paid by bank transfer
